Natalia is Business Director at Push, where she leads the Performance team and oversees the agency’s client portfolio. With over eight years of experience in digital marketing, she specialises in strategic consultancy that drives measurable business growth.

After starting her career at Johnson & Johnson, Natalia joined Push and helped expand the agency’s social media offering while leading the development of Push training programmes. Today, she focuses on building high-performing teams, strategic consultancy and integrating AI-driven approaches to improve marketing performance.

Outside the office, Natalia enjoys expressing her creativity through dancing, baking and DIY (IKEA furniture is no challenge!)
